Ministry Work

At Country Lights Ministries Uganda, we believe in the power of youth and children to serve God through their unique talents.

Since 2007, we have grown from a humble dance crew into a dynamic non-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring, rescuing and empowering vulnerable children and youth across Uganda.

Our work spans children’s ministry, creative arts, evangelism, school outreach and community development.

Through education, life skills and talent development, we are shaping tomorrow’s leaders and transforming communities, one child at a time.

Creative Arts Ministry

Welcome to Country Lights Ministries in Uganda, where creativity meets purpose, and the arts become a powerful tool for positive change.

Through the expressive mediums of dance and drama, we endeavour to illuminate the path towards talent realisation, moral guidance, spiritual maturity and responsible decision-making.

Drama with a Purpose

Our drama productions are poignant reflections of the challenges faced by today's youth.

We delve into real life scenarios, crafting narratives that resonate with the experiences of young people.

Through our drama, we aim to awaken awareness among the youth regarding the consequences of living life irresponsibly.

Creative Dance for Connection

We harness the power of creative dance as a means to connect with young hearts and minds. Dance, as a universal language, allows us to bridge the gap between performance and personal experience.

Our creative dance performances are a fusion of various dance forms, each carefully selected to complement the message conveyed through our drama.

Our Three Foundational Principles

1. It's a Command: Evangelism is not merely a choice but an unequivocal mandate issued to all believers, a commandment given by our Saviour, Jesus Christ Himself.

2. Evangelism is a Lifestyle: Our ministry is firmly rooted in the example set by the Apostle Paul, who considered evangelism not merely a duty but a way of life.

3. Evangelism Involves Self-Denial: We venture into remote and challenging terrains with a singular aim to bring more souls to Christ and assist those in need.

School Ministry

It reaches out to youth with the purpose of capacity building, youth empowerment and awareness on HIV/AIDS.

These are done through workshops, debates, seminars and conferences.
